                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH BLUE CROSS AND BLUE
                   SHIELD OF TENNESSEE FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE
                   CONTRACT FOR HEALTH INSURANCE FOR THE
                   1990-91 FISCAL YEAR AT THE RATE OF SEVEN AND
                   19/100 DOLLARS ($7.19) PER MONTH PER

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Contract with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of 
Tennessee
       for an administrative contract for health insurance for the
       1990-91 fiscal year at the rate of $7.19 per month per contract.
